About Us

Jenn is a celebrated graduate of the Natural Gourmet Cooking Institute in Manhattan. She designed and ran the largest vegetarian kitchen on Long Island at Jandi's Natural Market & Organic Café. She was a chef at Angelica Kitchen in Greenwich Village. She has a strong right brain and is a passionate Scorpio.

Seth has worked with food since his teens. He worked as pastry chef at Angelica Kitchen and as a chef under Jenn at Jandi's. He is a natural, intuitive chef and walks a parallel road as singer songwriter Seth Davis.

Together Jenn and Seth have taught hundreds of people to cook healthy, delicious meals in their popular classes on Long Island, have done private instruction, home delivery, and opened Karma Road in February, 2007.

They live and work in New Paltz with their 3 cats and 2 little boys, Jules and Harper.

Karma Boxes

We make Karma Boxes at Karma Road, an organic, vegetarian cafe/deli in New Paltz, NY. Together, we have been preparing healthy and delicious foods for over a decade. We created the Karma Box in order for a great number of people on the fringes of healthy living to easily partake in the giving and receiving of excellent and truly natural gifts.
